The Alumni Philodemica was established at 12:30pm ET on Monday, September 30th, 2012 by Philodemic alumni whose experience in Philodemic spanned decades (check out a copy of the original proclamation below). The association was established to advance the study and practice of oratory at Georgetown University, cultivate the loyalty and fellowship of our alumni, and contribute to the welfare and longevity of the Philodemic Society. At the heart of our mission is our steadfast commitment to the pursuit of Eloquence in the Defense of Liberty and Love and Devotion to the Truth.​

We invite all alumni of the Philodemic Society to join us in our mission and to take part in our thriving alumni community.
